Our facility is conveniently located in Charleston, South Carolina (West of the Ashley). Just off Interstate 526, we are less than 15 minutes from the heart of downtown Charleston, about 10 minutes from the airport and less than 1 mile from Bon Secours St. Francis Xavier Hospital. Staff:

We currently employee 4 full time research coordinators, 1 full time regulatory coordinator and 3 full time assistant research coordinators.

Combined, our staff has contributed to the operation of over 100 clinical trials and has research coordinating experience in the following indications:

  • BLS/AED for the Healthcare Provider.
  • IATA 1.5.0.3 - Shipping of Category B Infectious substances & Dry Ice
  • Human Participants Protection Education for Research Teams, sponsored by the National Institute of Health (NIH).

Subject Recruitment and Retention:

We currently maintain a database of 5500 active study patients. Our patients derive from:

  • Investigators (at time of routine office visits)
  • Investigator to patient letters
  • Multimedia advertisements (Sponsor/IRB Approved)
  • Centralized Ad Campaigns (as suggested by Sponsors/CRO)
We utilize the clinical trial management software "Study Manager". This software aids in efficiency, retention, and recruitment.
